SERVICE POLICIES
At TEN2TEN, INC., we provide professional recording studio, music production, and select licensed digital services. These policies outline our payment procedures, fulfillment timelines, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and service restrictions. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollars) through our secure payment system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. For larger projects, we may require a deposit, milestone payments, or full prepayment as outlined in your specific quote, contract, or invoice.
2. REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy varies by service type:
2.1 Recording Studio and Music Production Services
For studio time and music production services:

Deposits for booking studio time are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session with at least 48 hours' notice.

No refunds will be provided for completed recording, engineering, mixing, mastering, or production sessions.

If production work has begun, payments are non-refundable, but completed work product will be delivered based on the portion of services paid for.
2.2 Licensed Digital Services, Software, or SDK Access
For licensed digital services, software access, SDK access, or similar digital deliverables expressly identified on your invoice or agreement:

If cancellation occurs before access credentials, license keys, files, or onboarding materials are delivered, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.

If access or delivery has already been provided, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated only where required by written agreement or applicable law.

Once licensed digital services have been delivered, activated, downloaded, or materially used, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.3 Return Policy for Physical Goods
We do not sell physical goods through this website, so physical returns do not apply.
To request a refund, please contact us at business@ten2ten.io with your order details and reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. DISPUTE POLICY
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us at business@ten2ten.io or call us at 786.408.0174 before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Please include your invoice number, payment date, amount, and the reason for the dispute. We will acknowledge billing disputes within 2 business days and will work in good faith to resolve them promptly.
4. DELIVERY POLICY
Our service delivery timelines vary by project scope:
4.1 Studio Bookings and Recording Sessions
Studio sessions are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed after quote approval, invoice confirmation, and any required deposit payment. Services are delivered during the booked session time.
4.2 Mixing, Mastering, and Production Deliverables
Initial mixing and mastering deliverables are typically provided within 7 to 14 business days after session completion or after receipt of all required project files, depending on project complexity and scope. Larger production projects may follow milestone-based delivery schedules stated in your invoice or written agreement.
4.3 Licensed Digital Services, Platform Access, or SDK Access
Where licensed software, platform access, SDK access, or other digital deliverables are sold, access is typically delivered after payment clears and any required agreement is completed. Delivery may include login credentials, license keys, downloadable files, onboarding instructions, or implementation materials, as described in the applicable invoice or written agreement.
We make every effort to meet established deadlines. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will communicate promptly with updated timelines.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Studio Bookings
Studio cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. No-shows may forfeit the full booking fee.
5.2 Production Projects
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. If work has already begun, cancellation terms will be governed by your specific contract or invoice, including any payment due for work completed to date.
5.3 Licensed Digital Services or SDK Access
Requests to cancel licensed digital services, software access, or SDK access must be submitted before delivery or activation wherever possible. Once access has been delivered or activated, cancellation may not be available except as expressly stated in writing.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise specified in your contract or invoice:

For music production services, ownership and usage rights for masters, beats, instrumentals, stems, and other deliverables are governed by the applicable booking agreement, invoice, or separate written agreement.

For licensed software, digital tools, or SDK access, clients receive only the license or access rights expressly granted in their agreement. No source code, ownership rights, or transfer rights are granted unless expressly stated in writing.
7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Please note the following important limitations:

Studio and music production services are limited to the hours, rooms, equipment, personnel, and scope specified in your booking or invoice.

Any licensed digital services, platform access, or SDK access are limited to the scope, term, and permitted use stated in your invoice, contract, or license agreement.

Export / Access Restrictions: Our software, SDK, and digital services may not be licensed, delivered, or made available where prohibited by applicable U.S. law, sanctions, or export-control restrictions.
8. CHANGES TO POLICIES
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
